TO get the ball rolling, I will make a couple comments. First, I am thrilled to be a part of this chorus and the society. As I have been approaching my "golden" years, a real concern of mine was what I would do when I finally quit work. There is no question now, as I have found the Barbershop Harmony Society. Being a member of the Chicago Metro Chorus has not only given me a terriffic avocation, but I have made many good friends as well.
I would encourage anyone to check us out. Singing is not only fun, but also a real healthy activity.
