Dear Fotki Friend!!! Sorry you are having some annoyances in your fotki...I think that we all have had some problem from time to time... It can go from irritating to haunting.

There are things that you can do!!!

1. You can report abuse and/or file a complaint with Fotki staff especially if it seems to be from the same person. They will do what they can but it's not easy for them either if the person is computer savy. If it's another member they can be pretty successfull clearing it up.

2. If's it just random stuff, join the crowd... We are in a public domain and there are as many crackpots on the internet as there are walking the streets. You can choose to just ignore it and hit the delete key...

3. Fotki gives us the ability to change our preferences in our "My Account" settings. See--->
Allow to Leave Photo Comments:
For anybody
For Fotki members only
For my Friends only
Just for myself

Allow to View Photo Comments:
For anybody
For Fotki members only
For my Friends only
Just for myself

Etc, Etc,,, the same applies to Guestbook and Journals.

Be carefull, however with these settings because some will exclude your friends and family who are not Fotki members and that may be a big part of your fun as it is mine.

I have all my settings totally public. Hopefully, I will always be able to keep it that way. When I get a wacko I ignore it the best I can... Remember you still have the power of the delete key...
