Welcome to Spin Class '-)))

Spin Class '-)))

While the gym at 6:30 AM 5 days a week for 1/2 hour before work is a great way to start the day...

Spin class at the end of the day is a great way to finish you off!!! (2 or 3 nights a week and Sat. morning)

Wine Making with Juice from Italy Oct. 2007

Making 42 Gallons of Wine from Grape Juice from Italy. Juice is imported in 6 gallon plastic buckets. I got one of each of the following:
1. Amarone
2. Brunello
3. Chianti
4. Lambrusco
5. Meritage
6. Montepulciano
7. Sangiovese
