Sewn-in Maintenance:
I keep the sewn-in for 2-3 months at a time. I oiled/moisturized my hair and scalp with Infusium 23, olive oil and ORS Hair lotion every other day and almost daily with the ORS on my part and edges. I shampoo my hair about every other week or so with Creame Of Nature. I use Lekair deep conditioner when I take out sewn-in.
Trimming:
Last trim was Aug 2006 but I will get one next relaxer for sure.
Relaxers:
This is the second time I have went 2 months with out a relaxer going for every 5. Dont have a staple on relaxers but I like ORS last time I used it.
Vitamins:
GNC Women's Ultra Mega...let me stop i never take them but i'll get back in the habit soon
