1. cook korzh 350 for 10 minutes on a baking sheet
2. bake apples (courtland 6) (separately)
3. put apples , then apricot jem on top
4. take 3 white +3 whites whip until stiff +1/2 cup sugar. put on top of korzh and bake for another 10 minutes.
