(Shrimp with Garlic)
(Serves 6

(3 tablespoons olive oil
(6 cloves garlic, pressed
(24 medium sized shrimp, peeled and deveined
(1 small thinly sliced jalapeno, deseeded and deribbed
(1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
(1 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley

(In a large heavy bottomed skillet, heat the oil over a medium high heat till hot. Add the garlic and pepper and cook for just a minute.
(Now add the shrimp (half a batch at a time to avoid steaming them).
(Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until they begin to turn pink. Keep moving them and turning them over to get them adequately cooked.

(Divvy up and serve on little dishes, drizzling a small amount of extra virgin olive oil over the top, sprinkle the parsley and serve.
