1. Traveling with 2 small kids is different than traveling with one
2. Don't buy travel guides with no year in the title. Stick to what u used to - FODORS
3. 3 hours on a beach IS NOT ENOUGH. Even if u feel like boiled egg already - kids are still "hungry" for a swim and sand castle
4. We can leave hotel before 9am but only once. All is needed "heartless" parents to wake kids up at 2:30am, feed, diaper, bundle up, pack into car and drive for 3h to see a sunrise from 10k feet crater
5. Whales DO exist and live in a wild. Make me wonder - do fairies exist too? The fact that I've never seen them before does not mean they don't, no?
6. I can use 4 out of 5 lens + tripod I brought with me, but some only once. I just need an opportunity :-)
7. 4.5y kid's ability to talk non stop - exceeds parents ability to listen non stop. Any combination of 3 items can help - duct tape, ear plugs, rolled down windows (if u driving). Making radio or TV louder does not help, we tried. If u r using duct tape on a kid - use discretion - not everyone can understand u.
8. Bananas grow up side down. It all depends what is r definition of the "up" side.
