Yeah, I haven't posted here in a while.

Tobey is doing great so far...even acting a little like a puppy again.

I recently(back in May) went to Cleveland to hook up with my best bud, Sarah. We saw an an awesome concert and had a great time. Since then I have been actively trying to lose weight. I have currently lost 18 lbs since that trip...woohoo :-)

Work sucks, home sucks....eh, oh well :-)

Well....

We found out today that the tumor was cancer...a very aggressive cancer. Usually by the time a tumor forms....it is too late. It usually heads for the chest next. His prognosis is a little better than most because it is possible they got it all when they removed the toe. They had done an xray of his chest already and didn't find anything yet.

This cancer is so fast that it usually doesn't respond to treatmemnt either...which is ok since we decided not to do that anyway.

I guess we'll just see what happens and make decisions if/when he gets worse.

He's home and doing ok. Other than that he looks VERY pathetic wearing his huge lampshade collar...LOL

We won't know if it was truly cancer til they test the tumor. We've already talked about it tho....we're not going to put him thru chemo or anything like that. He's 11 years old and I doubt he could handle any treatments and we'll just make him comfortable for as long as possible. It's more important for us for him to be happy....rather than live a little longer, if you know what I mean.

We found out recently that he has cancer. He has a tumor in his foot, in one of his toes. They are amputating the toe today.

They don't think it has spread, but you never know.

Ok...over the holidays, I had lost my purse. I thought I had left it at a restaurant we went to, but I checked ...nothing. Just for the hell of it, ?I called tonight....and they HAVE IT! Woohoo!!! Too bad I already went thru the trouble of cancelling all my cards..but it's all good!

Ugh...WHEN am I going to get better? Just when I was...new germs were introduced. I now have this cough that makes it impossible to sleep. I almost need to take a week off of work to get over this.
