It's that time again.
About a year since my last one. It's long over due. I'm having food cravings that are making it harder to stay high raw.

Going Raw! I lost 40lbs by cleansing and aintained by eating 50% raw. I'm now moving toward 70% with a goal of 90% raw.

Thanks Isis! The vermont cocktail is a folk remedy for a lot of different things. It's ACV and molasses (1tsp of each) in water. I started because I know ACV has help reduce acidity in the body and I like it. :)
The molasses made it even better! I actually think this cocktail taste great and I've enjoyed it every morning since I read about it.

The Fat Smash Diet is a diet created by Dr. Ian K. Smith from VH1's Celebrity Fit Club. The diet is a 90 day program and it is divided into 4 phases.
1. Phase I - Detox - This phase lasts 9 days. In this phase you will eat mostly fruits and vegetables. The idea is to cleanse your body so you will need to eliminate things like alcohol or caffeine.
2. Phase II - Foundation - This phase lasts 3 weeks. In this phase you eat the same foods as phase I except you will reintroduce lean meats.
3. Phase III - Construction - This phase lasts 4 weeks. In this phase you eat the same foods as phase I & II except you will reintroduce whole wheat pastaand bread.
4. Phase IV - The Temple - This phase is for life. In this phase you eat the same foods as phase I,II, & III. In addition to those foods, you can eat some white starches (ie. white rice, potatoes) as well as have a couple of glasses of wine or beer each week.
It's day 6. I was told by my new acupuncturist to sip the lemonade every 10 minutes. It was amazing. I feel much less emotional stress and I've lost 11lbs so far!
