Have been going to this dealership for about 2 years now. At first they were excellent and knowledgeable, with great customer service. The last year or so, most of their good people are gone and the new techs don't understand the 300's at all. They will never go the extra mile (or inch) to fix or look for a problem that isn't written down on the work order. When I do bring in a TSB or a fix for a problem taken from this forum, they are quite capable of fixing the problem most times, but unless I spoon feed them, I never get satisfaction on the first visit. "It didn't throw any codes" or "I think that's normal" has been heard quite a bit at this dealership.
The problem is mainly due to staff change over, and in Alberta right now, that's a problem at every business. Too much work, not enough skilled people to do it. I have tried other dealerships in town, and they seemed to be rowing the same boat, so I stick with the devil I know, rather than going to the other ones This is also why I gave them a 3 instead of a 2, as they are having staffing problems, so I have to cut them a little slack for that.

Bought a used Charger and they put over 200 kms from the time I purchased it, until it was picked up. When the car was picked up there were cigarette ashes in the ashtray and streaks all down the interior door panels. When I called to complain they said to bring it back in and they would detail it.
Well went to pick it up and they first tried to charge me for the detailing. The cigarette ashes were still in the ashtray, the streaks were still down the interior door panels and now I had the tire cleaner all on the paint around the wheel wells.
I wrote a letter to the Sales Rep, Sales Advisor and the Owner of the company and never heard a word back. I never should have bought from them.
Many years ago had a Lazer that was hesitating. The plugs and wires were old so I changed them with no luck. So I made an appointment at the dealership and dropped the car off at 8 am. Picked the car up at 12 pm only to have them tell me it was the plugs and tried to bill me. I argued with them and went out to the car and started it and it had the same problem so I refused to pay for the plugs. Now this is the best part. I checked the mileage and they had put 331 km's on the car in the 4 hours they had it (that is over 200 miles for my US counterparts)!!! WTF I blew a gasket and asked them when they had time to even open the hood. They must have used the car for a parts run.
Guess I should have learned my lesson and not went back to buy the Charger... Lesson learned. They will never get any of my business again.
