I took my car in because the lifter was tapping (31,000 miles on car). I was a bit upset and Shawn let me know from the start that he would take care of the problem. Not only did they replace my valves. They searched for the root cause not a band-aid and fix the problem. I did have to pay of an oil change. But, all else was excellent. Customer Service and workmanship was above average. The oil change was only 20 bucks...ten cheaper than the place I was going to. Grubbs Chrysler is the best!
