I have not had to pay for a single oil change at all however. I only pay for the sixth quart of oil. I had damaged the plastic engine shroud when I hit an errent retread on the highway and ordered a replacement. I brought the car in for another oil change and asked that they replace the shroud then. Still, I only paid for the sixth quart. It goes beyond my experiances too. I have seen the way they help other customers and have never seen an unhappy person there. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I took it to dealer and they snapped some pics sent off to DCX and said they'll take care of it (repainting hood and new clear). It was fixed once by replacing the connector, leaked the next day. I took it right back and later they called to tell me that they didn't have another connector and that the replacement would have to come from Atlanta. They arranged a rental car, which was delivered to my work place (an Equinox) and had it fixed the next day. So I give them a 4 for not getting it right the first time, but a 5 for how I was dealt with personally.
