I've always been fascinated by photography, that miracle of being able to capture time, and being a witness to something that most of the time is incredible and simply too short.
After a crazy or dull day there's nothing like grabbing the camera and start snapping pictures, funny enough I always remember Anthony Quinn in 'Lawrence' saying that he doesn't like getting pictures taken because it takes a part of his soul... I don't think is the subject that is taken its soul but the photographer, as you leave your feelings and whatever was with you at that moment.
Not all my pictures are nice, I got my evil side too... kinda like a Dr. Jekill and Mr.Hyde...
Too much has been said for now... until later, I must bid adieu.
What is it with this weather... after a couple of reaally hot days temperature dropped to 50s F... people we gotta get serious about global warming Another wonderful weekend has passed, and what a better way to spend it with friends and people you care. Though far from family, next week I'll be in Lima after a while away.
This past Labor weekend I was in Temple Maine at my friend's house, what a wonderful place and what a great time we all had... though we were involved in a massive the 'killing' it was all good.
Too bad the weekends are only 2 days and 4 if you sneak out of work ;-), but still... all worth it.
Until the next one.... Down in Washington DC... have to escape from reality, it's been a couple of tough weeks since I came back from Lima and need some time off.
It might sound weird as I just took 3 weeks off, not quite, from work but still.
