Wash Your Hair with a Curly Sew in

So I use to do this when I was Natural Before but I did it when I had Kinky Twist.

All You'll Need Is:
a Moisturizing Conditioner (Herbal Essence Hello Hydration )
Castile Soap (Peppermint)
A Spray Bottle
Water (of course :] )
Hand Towel
Old T Shirt

I mixed my conditioner and castile soap into the spray bottle, you will not need alot of castile soap to be honest and water to the mixture!!

Seperate the weave allowing your scalp to be seen, spray as much as necessarry and gently massage. Do this until you've completed your entire head. *be sure not to tangle the weave, so treat it as you'd treat your own hair, DONT DISTURB THOSE CURLS!! only your scalp needs to be cleansed the water will wash the weave.

When rinsing out just run the water over hair being sure that its touching your scalp. massage your ROOTS NOT THE WEAVE!!

The towel is necessary to dry your face off NOT the WEAVE!!

Use the used T Shirt to dry the weave.... be sure not to rub the tshirt against the weave simply pat dry and you can use the Tshirt to wrap your hair up.... (Erykah Badu look )

Love the Natural You

How To Make Shampooing/Co Washing Easier

The Crown & Glory Technique (Revised)

Have your hair in large braids to shampoo your hair. In the shower, pour streams
of diluted shampoo and warm water over your large braids. In a large cup,
squeeze to shampoo or conditioner and rinse and rinse by squeezing.
While the braids are still in. This will make your hair easier to untangle and comb
through.Take one braid down at a time and gently comb through with a wide
toothed comb, using The Crown & Glory Technique and then rinse by squeezing
your hair as you pour the water. Squeezing will help with the rinse. Braid the
section back up. Repeat with all of your braid sections. After you have done
all sections, your hair should still remain in the big loose braids. Take each
section down to add hair strengthener and oil. Oil will give it more moisture
after it air dries. Air dry your hair to keep in moisture.
