So Far, So Good............
Well I have just finished day 3 and I should have been in the bed a long time ago but oh well. I am trying to get an hour and a half or so work out in but it has been difficult with all the days goings on. I will still continue to get how much I can which on the first day was 40min, the second 60min, and then today 40min. The food is pretty good so far. I have only tasted one thing I didn't like. I have not been on the scale since my last dr appt and do not plan to until my next one. At which time I will have been working out and on this plan for about a month.
I want to write more here but I am just getting really tired bc it is late and I have an early start in the morning.
