right now i just staret growing my hair .as a child i always had think long hair but gwrowing up experimentong with all differnt hair products i failed . now im back and this time im here to grow my hair to arm pit lol ).so help me alond the way people if i go wrong .

first thing id o now is think of my hair as my skin keep it moisterise
i pree poo twice a week either with any one of my oils under a heated cap then i wash hair with condtioner
then i usaally deep condition my hair after every wash
after that i apply myinfusium repair lleave in then moisterrise with either ntm or s curl then seal with oil
recently tried the apohgee protien treatment im sorry but i saww no difference .
then either roller set or air dry.

i baggy maybe three times a week and wear a phony pony ilove the baggy method it help me retain so much moisture and lenth

after 2 months of new growth i wear protective styles live either a weave for about a month or two

oh isometimes use growth aids like growth oil ,surge,sulphur grease.
