Clinic Appt (18 March 2007)   

Saw Rae Varcoe today to get referral for lymphedema treatment but she reckons that the L leg pain is due to muscle inflammation and recommends treating it with anti-inflammatories and rest. Bloods OK, LDH normal.

    Gees Ross - take it easy! I've never been for a 45 minute walk around my neighbourhood - but perhaps I should. But listen to Rae - don't overdo it - maybe just 30 minutes tonight will be enough :-) Good the Bloods and LDH behaving - be great if the anti-inflams work. Thanks for the blog as alway.     Watching the news last night and seeing all the devastation in the Far North I was hoping thet you weren't up at Taupo Bay. Trust you are still progressing well. Great to hear.
