I went out yesterday on a picture taking adventure. Quickly however, I was frustrated because 1. parks costs money and 2. horses hang out near highways. Let me elaborate:
1. I tried to go to a historical park like place with a trail I have driven past countless times. There seems to be some pretty areas and I wanted to get some pictures of it. But when I parked I found out it costs $3 to WALK AROUND...crazy. Then I left and followed the signs to another local park which I assumed would be free but oh no, it was $7! Things were getting worse! So I gave up for the time being and decided to visit some friends at work. But on my way I got frusatred even more...
2. Horses are gorgeous animals and are often just standing there, waiting to be photographed. But they seem to hang out in places that are very difficult to get to. I can't just stop my car on the highway to take their picture. People zooming behind me would be very angry if I hit the breaks to catch a photo op.
I did end up getting some great pictures at my county's park (free for me, because I live there!) though so it made the day a success.
